Alex Emmermann is the director of business development for Telestream Cloud and has been selling, building, and operating cloud video systems for over 10 years.
He joined Telestream from IBM where he sold cloud video and AI systems. Previously, Emmermann held various VP of engineering roles where he was responsible for building and operating IP-based direct to consumer video systems, most recently at Clearleap which was acquired by IBM.
Prior to working in video, Emmermann spent over 15 years building and running engineering teams developing cloud-based web applications and radio technology.
Emmermann has been awarded two U.S. patents and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from the University of Florida. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
