Ben Berchuck joined the Facebook Sports team in 2018 and leads programming partnerships, global content distribution, and sports video strategy for the social media platform and family of apps.
Berchuck was previously vice president at Wasserman Media Group, where as a consultant he represented professional and collegiate sports properties in rights negotiations totaling $30 billion in deal value and helped clients launch linear networks and digital platforms. He also advised digital media and technology companies on rights acquisition strategies, distribution agreements, sports sponsorships, and other content partnerships. Prior to Wasserman, Berchuck held multiple positions in marketing and strategic partnerships at Comcast’s corporate headquarters.
Berchuck is a graduate of Duke University and serves on the board of the Duke Sports Business Conference. Most importantly, he is currently attempting his best Ted Lasso impersonation as the assistant coach of his daughter’s youth soccer team!
