Perry Mattern is currently in his third season as part of the Jets social media team. Before that, he spent two seasons with the Washington Football Team as part of their content department.
Originally from Harrisburg, PA, Mattern earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in communication studies from Shippensburg University. He originally was a play-by-play baseball broadcaster for the Harrisburg Senators (AA affiliate for the Washington Nationals) before joining Washington’s content department and developing an affinity for social media.
