Will Carafello is the senior director of social media for the New York Mets. As the first person in the Mets organization in the social media department, he has been instrumental in shaping the digital presence across the team’s social platforms.
Prior to joining the Mets, Carafello created the New Jersey Devils’ social department. At the time of his departure, he earned the team the title of most engaged in the National Hockey League. Prior to working in social media, Carafello held marketing roles at Madison Square Garden, the Harlem Globetrotters, the Prudential Center, and other notable brands in the sports industry. He has spent 20 years working in the sports and live entertainment industry.
